Shipping & Delivery
Discover and Draw is a small independent business based in the Scottish Highlands. Some of our products are made to order especially for you, while others are packed and dispatched directly by us.
Processing & dispatch
Depending on the product, your order may be dispatched directly by Discover and Draw or produced and dispatched by one of our trusted UK print and fulfilment partners.
Made-to-order products are usually produced and dispatched within 1–5 working days. Products dispatched directly by Discover and Draw are normally processed on our regular dispatch days.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during particularly busy periods, such as Christmas.
UK delivery
Once dispatched, UK orders will normally arrive within approximately 1–3 working days, depending on the delivery service used.
For made-to-order products, please remember to allow for the 1–5 working day production period before dispatch.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, as occasional courier delays can occur.
Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Orders containing multiple products
Some of our products are produced and dispatched from different locations. If your order contains multiple items, they may therefore arrive in separate parcels and on different days.
Don't worry if one part of your order arrives before another — the remaining items may still be on their way.
International delivery
We ship to a range of international destinations. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, product and delivery service selected.
As a general guide, please allow approximately:
Europe: 3–7 working days after dispatch
Rest of world: 5–14 working days after dispatch
Please remember that made-to-order products also require production time before dispatch. International delivery estimates are not guaranteed and customs processing can occasionally cause additional delays.
Customs & import charges
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import charges imposed by the destination country. Where applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking
Where a tracked delivery service is used, tracking information will be provided after your order has been dispatched. Some lower-value products or delivery services may not include tracking.
Delayed or missing orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at sales@discoveranddraw.co.uk with your order number and we'll be happy to look into it for you.
Courier delays, severe weather, public holidays and customs processing can occasionally affect delivery times.
Incorrect delivery addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible.
As some products enter production shortly after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once fulfilment has begun.
Christmas & busy periods
Production and delivery times may be longer during Christmas and other particularly busy periods. We recommend ordering gifts as early as possible. Any seasonal order deadlines will be displayed on our website when available.
