You can pay these fees upfront by shopping through ETSY ensure a smoother delivery process. If you don't mind waiting a little longer and paying upon delivery please continue to shop though my own website where my prices are slightly cheaper
When will my order be shipped?
I pack and post orders every Tuesday and Friday morning :)
How will my order be shipped?
Orders will be sent through standard class unless tracked shipping is selected at checkout. You will only receive a tracking number if tracked shipping is selected.
Why have I been charged customs fees?
Unfortunately, I am not responsible for customs charges and the charges will vary depending on the country, content and value of your order. If customs fees are not paid your order will be returned to me. I will then be able to refund you.
When will my order arrive?
UK orders can take around 1-7 days to arrive.
International delivery times vary depending on country - please allow around 4-6 weeks for your order to arrive.
I highly recommend choosing tracked international shipping at checkout if you would like to know where your items are – this service is usually faster too!
