Shipping & Delivery
We’re a small independent business based in the Scottish Highlands, and some of our products are made to order especially for you.
Order processing
Some products are packed and dispatched directly by Discover and Draw, while selected products are produced and fulfilled by our trusted UK print partners.
Because of this, processing times can vary depending on the item ordered.
Most made-to-order products are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–5 working days. During particularly busy periods, such as Christmas, production may take a little longer.
UK delivery
Once your order has been dispatched, UK delivery normally takes approximately 1–3 working days.
Please allow up to 5 working days for production before dispatch for made-to-order items.
This means most UK orders should arrive within approximately 2–8 working days from the date of order, although this is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.
Shipping charges are shown clearly at checkout before payment.
Orders containing multiple products
Some of our products are made and shipped by different fulfilment partners. If you order more than one item, your order may therefore arrive in more than one parcel and on different days.
You will not be charged any additional postage because an order is sent in separate parcels.
International delivery
We also ship internationally.
International delivery times vary depending on the destination, product and delivery service. Please allow additional time for production before dispatch.
As a general guide, international orders may take approximately:
Europe: around 3–7 working days after dispatch
Rest of world: around 5–14 working days after dispatch
International delivery estimates are not guaranteed and customs processing may occasionally cause delays.
Customs, duties & import charges
Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to local customs duties, taxes or import charges.
These charges are determined by the destination country and, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking
Where a tracked delivery service is used, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Some lower-value products or delivery services may not include tracking.
Delayed or missing orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at discoveranddraw@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll be happy to investigate it for you.
Please bear in mind that courier delays, severe weather, public holidays and customs processing can occasionally affect delivery times.
Incorrect delivery address
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.
As many products enter production shortly after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once fulfilment has begun.
Christmas & busy periods
During Christmas and other particularly busy periods, production and courier delivery times may be longer than usual.
We recommend ordering gifts as early as possible. Any seasonal order deadlines will be displayed on our website when available.
